You will pay The Temp Plugs, and we will handle the full spectrum of the temp worker’s compensation. This includes salary/wage, benefits, paid time off, and more.
What roles should I hire temps for?
Temporary or contract workers are great for junior-level positions or positions that are temporary by nature. Executive or full-time placement services are available at our parent company, The Job Plugs.
What happens if I love my temp, and want to hire them full-time?

We offer a temp-to-hire program, where you pay a one-time fee based on the salary of the employee and the amount of time they have been assigned to your organization.

What if I need to replace my temp?
Not a problem. We always present multiple options for each role – so if the one you choose doesn’t end up being the right fit, we can always select one of the other candidates.
How are temps vetted prior to placement?
Prior to us recommending a temp for your role, we’ll review their past work experience, check their references, and have them complete a written evaluation to ensure their fit for the role. You will also have a chance to review their resume and written evaluation.
